1. Services Description
LaundryMagic provides self-service and/or drop-off laundry and dry-cleaning services at our physical locations and through our website. We strive to provide high-quality care for your garments but are not responsible for wear and tear inherent in the cleaning process.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for inspecting your garments before submitting them for cleaning and informing us of any special instructions or delicate conditions.

• You must remove all items from pockets. LaundryMagic is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in pockets, including money, jewelry, keys, or other personal belongings.

• You are responsible for ensuring all items are suitable for cleaning according to standard care labels.
   

3. Liability and Damage Policy

• While we exercise the highest standard of care, LaundryMagic's liability for any lost, damaged, or stolen article is strictly limited.

• Liability for any damaged article shall not exceed ten (10) times the charge for cleaning that article.

• We are not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, weak or defective materials, or materials that cannot withstand normal cleaning processes (e.g., degradation of plastics, trims, or beads).

• All claims must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or completion of service and must be accompanied by the original claim ticket.

4. Lost Items

• Items not claimed within thirty (30) days of being cleaned may be disposed of or donated to charity at our discretion.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior commercial credit account has been established.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LaundryMagic of America LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
